President Joe Biden suddenly dropped his tone into a whisper while speaking to reporters. The Creepy Joe whisper has become a regular part of his speeches, but why?
It’s uncertain, but the practice goes way back into his decades as a senator. DC Shorts put together a mashup of all the times Biden does the weird whisper trick as president and from his years in the past as a member of Congress.

Funny how people have all forgot that he was Jim crows best friend. That he says it’s so bad all the time. People need to read their history and go back just a little ways and they’ll see how involved Joe was in the KKK. I’m old enough to remember. He discussed me with what he saying and doing now it’s not all about black peoples but everybody in America. And keeping us safe which he is not doing at all and it’s all for the votes.
