Conservative commentator Dinesh D’Souza asks, “What does it say about our democracy if the man who was elected to run the country is not running the country?”
After two months in office, he argues there is no clear evidence to show President Joe Biden is really leading the nation. He has asked which executive order he is signing, has been asked to give up nuclear launch codes and even called Vice President Kamala Harris “President Harris.”
Harris is the one making and taking calls with international leaders and heads of state. Harris has been the person tasked to lead the immigration “surge.” Harris is the one swearing in new cabinet members.
Where is Joe? He’s clearly not planning his next press conference. He’s gone longer than any president in more than a century without holding a solo press conference. Think about it: that’s a time before the internet, television, and even radio. President Biden has become the invisible president, which is really no president at all.

I don’t like to “blame.” But I have no alternative, in this case. The Republican Party has ceased to be except for the likes of Gaetz, Cruz, and an infinitesimally tiny group of others who marginally remain true to the Constitution and American values and freedoms. Rand Paul comes to mind. Especially grievous is the Not-So-Supreme Court that could have prevented this debacle but chose to capitulate to the Deep State threats. The divisiveness is now so overt and acute that one has to think the “powers” actually are precipitating a domestic war.
