Full disclosure: We didn’t even bother watching the first hour of the first 2024 GOP debate on Wednesday night. We were busy watching America’s real president sit down for a chat with Tucker Carlson on Twitter at that time.
During the second hour, we were a bit surprised by one candidate, however. Vivek Ramaswamy turned out to be a very good debater in the race for second place.
We’ve extensively covered all the reasons why we don’t trust Ramaswamy in the past, but there’s no denying that he is a good campaigner. And after stealing everyone else’s thunder in the debate, it’s pretty clear that he is a Trump plant who is there to disrupt the field in favor of the frontrunner (brilliant move by Trump).
We don’t trust Ramaswamy to lead the country, but he definitely showed up everyone else in the debate. He’s a funny, charming jerk-boy who is polished and well-spoken. He had rapid comebacks for everyone’s jabs, and on top of that, he was the only candidate who has good policy that largely mirrors Donald Trump.
For example, Ramaswamy was the only candidate on stage who was willing to say that climate change is a hoax—which it absolutely is. The rest of them sounded like they should be on Joe Biden’s White House payroll, with their slavish belief in global warming.

Fox news & the Stooges running the debate are Left Wing Clowns. A total disgrace & embarrassment to REAL JOURNALISTS. The Fox puppets are marching to the tune of a Demonrat, Liberal drummer. A couple of Chris Wallace wannabees No wonder Trump declined. What a shit show. The GONG Show was better quality than the Fox circus.

I trust the creative thinker Ramaswamy. In truth, “ROOKIES” win MVP in every facet of competition but, but, I’ve worked for “The DON” in A/C Casinos and he’s #1 in my choice.
My Vote to Ron DeSantis I live in Florida and I know what He can do and I think He will make the Best President.

I agree people try to twist DeSantis stands. He never say don’t say gay bill. He is protecting parents rights. Ask why parents in CA and MI be involved. No school decides who gets puberty blockers and sex changes. How many are coming about their live was destroyed for doing sex change and suicides alot more than ones being blocked . Common sense parents need to be involved.
If you didn’t even bother to watch but half the debate, I don’t care much about your opinions. You clearly already formed them long before the debate by your article. Useless.
Trump was better than any of the rest. True he has his faults like everyone else. But I have seen trump several times and he beat all of the new Entries hands down, with knowledge. When you get in there again, Sir, please don’t go with a big head and a smart mouth. BE NICE SIR. Thanks.
If you didn’t watch the first hour, you missed the part where Ramaswamy declare he was the only one on stage that was not bought and paid for. Very irresponsible thing to say and that is where he lost me.
