This is gross – but amazing. The adult brother of a 14-year-old boy busted a California school history teacher and former public school teacher’s union President trying to “hook up” with his little brother. The high school teacher’s name is Roger Kavigan.
If you’ve ever seen one of those “to catch a predator” videos, this video is like the JV version of that. It’s still great, because the pedophile who was trying to pick up a 14-year-old boy is caught on camera and boy does he squirm!
Kavigan is also the advisor for some sort of gay club at Foothill High School in Tustin, CA. We know, right? It’s always the last guy you’d suspect!
Kavigan is wearing a wedding ring in the video, so the whole thing is Peak Groomer Creepy. The teacher, Kavigan, was busted chatting and sending inappropriate pictures to the 14-year-old on Grindr, which is apparently some sort of hookup app for gay people.
Needless to say, the older brother of the 14-year-old is not thrilled with Roger Kavigan’s actions when he catches him on camera. (Full disclosure: We’re not sure from the video if the 14-year-old exists, but the teacher clearly thought he was communicating with a sexually confused 14-year-old.)
There is a happy ending to know about before you watch this. When this video went viral, the school district informed Child Protective Services and law enforcement in California. As you’re watching this, you can rest easy knowing that Roger Kavigan is in jail tonight.

Some sick people just can’t control themselves. To many in our public school system. Thank to liberals who control the public school. But that can change if TAXPAYERS DEMAND TESTING ON ALL TEACHER! You have to take a polygraph test for certain jobs. Why not test these teacher? Even demand them to take an AIDS TEST.

it is good he got stopped this time ,I promise it was not his first time doing this to kids and Cali. turned about 7000 pedophiles out of jail after serving less than 1 year of their sentences so chances are he is either already out of jail or he will be soon.
