The Federal Election Commission has finally thrown out complaints made against Trump by radical Leftist groups. The FEC voted not to investigate allegations that Trump campaign representatives, including Donald Trump Jr., solicited illegal foreign assistance in 2016.
The commission was caught in a 3-3 vote before finally ending the probe. The announcement comes after recently also ending the investigation against Trump and former lawyer Michael Cohen related to money paid to Stormy Daniels.
The three opposing the investigation was largely procedural. In addition to not finding enough evidence, the limitation on the investigation was near its expiration.
The FEC has several additional complaints about the 2016 presidential campaign related to Trump. The video notes there is little expectation the additional allegations will lead to any real damage against Trump.
Why not? Democrats don’t want the law applied. What happened in 2016, if anything, is far less than the evidence supplied for election problems in 2020. With the new HR1 Voting Right Bill in the works, we’ll be lucky if we can keep a free election at all in the days ahead.
Instead of investing 2016, our nation needs to pay attention to what is happening in Congress now. The last thing Americans need are any voting law changes that give the left a greater advantage of winning in the future.
