Karl Rove addressed the rumor of Vice President Kamala Harris being nominated as a Supreme Court Justice in a new interview on Fox Business, revealing he doesn’t think Biden will nominate her—and for one very important reason.
Rove explains the Senate is currently split 50-50. As vice president, Harris serves as the tie breaking vote in favor of Democrats.
If Biden nominated VP Harris to the Supreme Court, she would not be able to vote on her own nomination. The Senate would likely be deadlocked, and she would lose her nomination and the administration would face embarrassment.
In addition, Rove notes, Harris was not even liked by her own colleagues when she was in the Senate. She’s also been strongly opposed to moves by Sinema and Manchin, two Democrats who would be key to her moving forward.
The attempt to nominate Harris would prove to be a bigger embarrassment than anything she has done so far, and that’s saying a lot. She’s already trolled every time she gives an interview, struggling to respond to basic questions from mainstream media members already on her side.
How would she do as a justice dealing with the legal decisions that would determine the future of our nation? If Rove is right, we won’t have to find out and the Justice Harris rumor will soon be put to rest.

Although Biden would like to nominate her to further his “Black Woman” promise, he won’t. His handlers know that putting her in front of the Senate confirmation hearing would be a clown show. Her ignorance would be on full display to the world. I doubt she could pass a 5th grade civics quiz, and she knows it. However, Biden and the Dems will not look for the best qualified person.
