Joe Biden would like nothing better than to re-politicize the U.S. Department of Justice by appointing left-wing zealots who put their personal views ahead of American rights. In this video, Texas Senator Ted Cruz takes one Biden DOJ nominee to task over her record of aggressive hostility toward conservative Americans.
The Texas senator pulls no punches while cross-examining Vanita Gupta, who Biden nominated to sit as the number three attorney at the Department of Justice. He culls from her lengthy record and hate-laced statements targeting Republicans and hard-working conservative families. On the issue of abortion, the Biden crony would see no reason to follow laws that limit abortions in any way, shape, or form. In fact, Sen. Cruz puts her on the spot over the issue of partial-birth abortions.
This now illegal practice allowed licensed abortion murderers to deliver a child halfway and then kill the baby by severing its spinal cord. Democrats, including Biden and Kamala Harris, plan to legalize all abortions until the moment of complete birth.
Many fear Biden and pro-abortion Democrats will bring back the policy outlawed by President George W. Bush. Sen. Cruz puts the Biden nominee on the run during his powerful questioning.
The Biden DOJ nominee does her best to avoid directly answering any of Sen. Cruz’s critical questions. But she’s not fooling anyone when you watch her in this viral video.

Why Senator Cruz’s examination/questioning of Ms. Gupta was characterized as “brutally owning her” misses the nature of brilliant questioning by Senator Cruz. He exposed her right from the start as a Demo-Socialist masquerading as a Constitutional-law supporter, when she is none of that. She is one more leftist pushed forward in leftist line of succession based upon her leftist decision making which is totally in the interested of erasing constitutional law. Now the nation is burdened by an order-taking robot of a President, a Chief Justice of the SCOTUS who obliges any/all Democrat Party requirements, one requirement being governmental fraud, and here is Gupta sent to contribute widespread abortions in addition to the Biden invitation to lure illegal border crossings and wholesale infiltration to reinforce Democrat voting fraud by importing politically obligated border infiltrators. Ted Cruz has been on to it even from its beginnings! It is time for elected Republicans to represent strongly what they have represented in order to be elected into national leadership. Their silence has not been “golden”, only a few outstanding Republican legislators are pushing back! Where are the rest of them, still “out to lunch?”

Mr. Cruz can stage all he wants, but the bottom line is that the DOJ does not make the laws in any way they are there to actually investigate and punish law breakers. No matter where this person is in the DOJ she like every other employee must follow the laws and rules which govern how and what they do on the job they are filling.
This thing with Cruz was just some up staging to try to make anything done by the opposing party look bad, when some who are already badly misinformed about a lot of things will actually think that this woman can change the laws of this USA, when the people who actually care enough to research know better. I am sick and sad at so many who say they are against abortion BUT. There are no but’s! God commanded us not to murder. He didn’t give us the right to justify it. He did not give us the right to provide excuses. He said “thou shall not murder”! He did not add, subtract or provide any excuses. He did not give us the right or the permission to change is command. Why does man think they have the right to change anything God commanded. Stop it! Read the Word of God. The Bible is the instuction manual God gave to man to live by. Live by it!
