Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, the mastermind who convinced the Supreme Court to strike down Biden’s “Remain in America” policy for illegals, talks about the far-reaching implications of the court’s decision in the latest video from Dinesh D’Souza.
Paxton said, “When President Obama opened the border up we had massive numbers of people coming from Central American countries and Mexico and so when President Trump came into office he had a huge problem on his hands that it took him some time to figure out remedies.
“One of the remedies that worked especially well was the Remain in Mexico policy. And the way this was working prior was he would come in they were advised by immigration lawyer probably in America to claim asylum and then you have a hearing but the hearings aren’t for one, two, three years, you disappear, you never show up and only about 14 percent of the people actually qualify for asylum but they were coached on what to say.”
Paxton showed Trump’s change kept many illegal immigrants out of American until due process could be conducted. Biden changed that, but now the court has ruled in favor of the Remain in Mexico policy.

This proves that a person gets stale being in a job for 40 years. Governments positions like senators and house representatives should have no more than 2 terms of 8 years each. Out country will be stronger and more vital with leadership who would be eager to work and leave a positive condition to their states and districts.

When Ellis Island was processing the immigrants, they averaged 5,000 per day, and had a record day of over 11,000. They gave a physical exam to many of the immigrants, did a background check, and confirmed the validity of their papers, and did it all with a paper system. Immigrants would arrive via ship, and would often be processed through in the same day. Now, our immigration system takes up to three years to hear a case, even though they have computers and world-wide instantaneous communication. Ellis island rejected some of the applicants due to health problems, criminal backgrounds, and bogus papers. Now, we don’t even check their health or their papers immediately, and often house them within our borders, or just release them into the country. It’s a sad state of affairs when these agencies have all this modern technology, and cannot even do as well as an old paper and pencil system did a hundred years ago.
