Justice Amy Coney Barrett emphasizes that the Supreme Court is “not a bunch of partisan hacks,” but is this true of the three leftist justices? Here’s what happens when one side plays neutral and the other doesn’t. Conservatives lose. That’s the argument by conservative commentator Dinesh D’Souza.
Yes, we can claim conservatives are less biased and don’t try to push a certain agenda, but the problem is that when one side fights for their agenda and the other one doesn’t the side that fights wins. Maybe that’s why some are calling the new Supreme Court a 3-3-3 divide instead of a conservative 6-3 supermajority like it should be?
That could also help explain why some of the recent cases in this year’s Supreme Court have not neatly fallen along political lines. There should be a lot of 6-3 and 3-6 rulings, but there have been some 5-4 and 4-5 ones along the way as well.
Let’s put it this way. Conservatives, including Trump, fought to put conservatives on the court to rule for conservative principles. Patriotic Americans aren’t concerns about Barrett’s “partisan hacks.” We want to win some big cases.
At the end of the day, the Supreme Court is all about winning. Conservatives have the numbers. Now they just need the courage to decide accordingly. D’Souza is right. This isn’t you snooze, you lose. This is go big or go home.

Amy Comey Barrett is a huge let down for the Republicans and what we represent. If Amy wants to stand as an independent to be friends with the liberals then she should have made that clear before accepting her position. The liberal justices do not care about being your friend Amy, they are always going to vote for their party and that is why we lose so much because of spineless character’s like you. We love Trump
Yep. If you’re claiming to be a conservative then by George vote like one. It’s what you were selected to do.
