Students Think American Women are Oppressed…Then They Hear about how Women are Treated in Afghanistan

Following the 9/11 attacks, former President George W. Bush led the country into Afghanistan to hold the terrorists accountable for their cowardly acts against civilians. Although everyday Americans did not want war or the horrors that accompany an invasion, there was at least one silver lining. The oppressed women and girls of Afghanistan would no longer be treated like chattel.

Once the U.S. military liberated them, Muslim women could unveil their faces, drive automobiles, hold jobs, go in public without a male guardian, and young girls could attend school. On this Campus Reform exclusive, female American college students are asked about their status in society. They don’t realize how good they have it until they hear what’s happening right now in Afghanistan.

Since Joe Biden’s handlers orchestrated the worst withdrawal in U.S. history, the Taliban took complete control of Afghanistan and overran the capital before Americans could evacuate. As Campus Reform reporter Ophelie Jacobson points out, women are being beaten and killed in the streets. One woman who left her house without her burqa was shot and killed by the Taliban. Girls will no longer be able to get an education and women will lose the economic independence that comes with having a job.

When these college-age women realize what’s happening to their Afghan counterparts, most rethink their own “oppression.” That does not necessarily hold true of every entitled American college student polled on this report. If you want to see just how spoiled some young women have become, watch this insightful video as they wake up to the fact they enjoy American freedom.

  1. Young people have no clue of what goes on. They appear to be mimicking CNN. Women are NOT oppressed here. Wake up and stop being part of the WOKE SOCIETY.

  2. Western women are spoiled little girlsinside of grown woman’s bodies. They need to get over themselves have they want equal pay me to do the same job as men. Women are paid equally if not more than the man when they have the same experience on the job

  3. People have a tendency to equate the entire world with their own little world. They think everyone lives either equal or better than them. Perhaps instead of sending these kids to college – they should get a trip to some foreign countries. – FYI that can be free in the military ;-). Seeing how rthe world really is might be an eye opener for them and a much better education than can be garnered in one of the left wing indoctrination universities and a hell of a lot cheaper too.

  4. Its good to, like, ask these young women these, like, types of, like, questions. Too many young people have not, like, had the experience of what really, like, goes on in the real world, like. Sitting in classrooms and being, like, subjected to the radical ideas that some of these, like, “educators”, have is just not good for this country. CRT should be, like, banned, and anyone caught, like, teaching it should be fired and removed from campus like, immediately!! Screw the adminstrative leave, like, policy!!

  5. Some of the best comedy/drama combos for their entertainment value are from Campus Reform.

It is so fun and validating to see the Woke wake up right in front of you. All the crap that’s constantly shoved in our faces falls away like face paintings in a rain storm.
