Joe Biden and his wife Jill hosted a group of children for a Halloween party at the White House and it’s safe to say creepy Joe simply couldn’t help himself!
Grandpa Joe seemed a little too excited as he was handing out candy to the children and it would soon become clear exactly why.
As soon as he got the chance, Biden resorted to one of his oldest habits – deciding to creepily SNIFF a small child.
What’s worse is you could see exactly how uncomfortable the child’s mother was as she looked around hoping that Biden would leave her poor kid alone!
Of course this is certainly not new behavior for old Joe.
Back in July when Joe Biden visited Finland, he made headlines when he decided to go on a child sniffing spree!
Supposed to be representing America, Biden ran over to a group of people and quickly bent down to sniff as many kids as he could. One unfortunate girl even had the president of the United States nibbling on her arm before he finally decided to sniff her hair.
None of this is normal behavior, but for Joe Biden, the media simply glosses over it all – no matter how disturbing it is!
Sadly, the sniffing incident wasn’t the only one to come out of Biden’s Halloween soiree!
Joe was seen repeatedly coughing all over the kids’ candy and even wiping his snot on it before handing it to them.
At another point the president got lost while STANDING IN PLACE!
