The Biden regime is looking to secure judicial nominations for a number of radical judges (of course) and one of them is Loren L. AliKhan – an attorney who previously fought to DESTROY religious liberties under the guise of “public safety” during the COVID pandemic!
Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) certainly didn’t pull any punches when questioning her over her anti-religious past which includes a total of FIVE litigations AGAINST religious liberty claims.
AliKhan argued on behalf of an unconstitutional lockdown policy which ROBBED people of their rights to religious freedom.
She claimed during the hearing that the policy restricted “all types of activity” in the District of Columbia – but as Hawley points out, this policy DID allow mass gatherings for left-wing protests!
While AliKhan LOST that case because the lockdown restrictions were found to be completely unconstitutional, it did manage to prove exactly where she stands: ‘Churches are bad and left wing protests are good!’
Hawley continued pressing AliKhan over why on earth she would argue on behalf of such a discriminatory policy and the visibly uncomfortable appointee REFUSES to admit that what she did was wrong.
When Hawley asks her why she felt it was appropriate to suggest that church-goers posed a “bigger risk” to public health than BLM protesters, AliKhan tries to claim that this is what the “science” was showing at the time – before Hawley points out no such evidence exists on the record!
These are the types of judges Biden is trying to get appointed and we NEED the GOP to keep pushing back and expose how radical they are!
