The New York Times is reporting that “election officials in dozens of states representing both political parties said that there was no evidence” of vote fraud. But in a recent news conference, Rudy Giuliani dropped the bomb about voter fraud that we’ve all been waiting for.
Most damaging was Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell’s claim that as The Daily Beast described it:
Outlandish claims that a cabal of “international leftists”—which includes long-deceased Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez—had stolen millions of Trump votes via corrupted software.
But Giuliani and Powell have put their careers and legacy in danger with what Tucker Carlson said, “Would amount to the single greatest crime in American history. Millions of votes stolen in the day. Democracy destroyed the end of our centuries-old system of self-government, not a small thing.”
Carlson distanced himself from Powell’s claims, saying she had never offered any evidence. Former candidate for Congress, Angela Stanton King responded in a tweet: “The last time someone gave @TuckerCarlson evidence it got LOST in the mail…”
Though he has been one of the last conservative holdouts at FOX News, some conservatives like Stanton are not happy with Carlson’s handling of Powell.

With all of the “supposed” election fraud in the federal voting and each party claiming fraud in the 2020
election, doesn’t it behoove Congress to propose and do what it takes to Pass a new Amendment to the Constitution, that in federal elections, the Federal applies so every state goes by the same rules, with Voter I.D. and a secure way to assure that Every legal vote counts and with one year in Federal prison for any and all who are convicted in a Federal court of law of voter fraud. Including equal vote counters of each party when the votes are tabulated with sign off signature of th and with a Federal officer in every counting taken, who certified the votes. Each Party should welcome this new way and therefore neither party could claim voter fraud.

I’m not sure if they really need to change the election laws, instead they should enforce and follow the laws that already exist, our founding fathers were great men of vision that had already foreseen the problems we are seeing in this election and I think if we follow the Laws set up in the Constitution and Bill of Rights then we can have faith that our elections are safe and secure. Remembering that although non-citizens are sometimes allowed to vote in local elections only legal citizens are allowed to vote in the Presidential election, so to not require valid identification or to intentionally not verify the identification is in itself a violation of our Federal Election Laws. Of course it is framed in that way as if the fraud team is saying Chavez rose from the grave (like many voters have) to interfere in our election. The allegation is that when he was alive, he participated in this type of voter fraud using these voting machines and software to win elections. It is worth watching the press conference – you can hear the outrage and sincerity and the evidence (and there is evidence) should at minimum raise alarm bells. Every U.S. Citizen stands to lose if these allegations are not fully investigated.

If you are a Christian then we know God is in control of all our Kings, leaders and Presidents. He knows that the election was rigged. We all saw it right before our eyes. Trump won the election.
