It’s no secret that California’s Gavin Newsom took advantage of the COVID pandemic to unleash his inner tyrant.
Newsom and his draconian COVID policies, which saw him pick who was allowed to be free in his state, were the most authoritarian polices this country has EVER seen.
However, now that the tyrant is very obviously positioning himself for a shot at the White House in 2024 he’s hoping people will forgive him for oppressing them– LOL.
In a recent interview, Democrat apologist Chuck Todd tried to help Governor Newsom by lobbing him a soft-ball question about his COVID policies and the governor pretended to “apologize,” in an embarrassingly fake response.
“You found a way to allow the motion picture industry and the movie industry to get back to work during COVID, but you didn’t allow people to grieve together at funerals or at churches,” Todd noted while pointing out that some people have been “critical” of his COVID response.
The plastic politician responded by saying that “We didn’t know what we didn’t know” and then goes on to spit out a bunch of nonsense to help him avoid having to answer the question.
“I think we would’ve done everything differently,” Newsom said, “I think all of us in terms of our collective wisdom, we’ve evolved. We didn’t know what we didn’t know. We’re experts in hindsight. We’re all geniuses now.”
But it didn’t exactly take a “genius” to realize that Newsom’s COVID policies had NOTHING to do with science, and everything to do with restricting certain portions of the population—mainly anyone other than his friends, family and donors!

Newsom is doing some fancy schmoozing and backpedaling because he will probably be jumping into the 2024 Presidential race when the liberals push Biden out of the way.
