President Trump’s keystone campaign promise, his American First Agenda, is in danger of being dismantled by a Joe Biden presidency.
Unlike the left and many Rhino Republicans, Trump has long recognized the threat that Communist China poses to America’s economic and political way of life. Over the last three years, he has taken a number of actions to protect both our nation and its true allies from the increasing assertive actions of China.
Earlier this year, the President asked four of his most senior national security officials, Christopher Wray, Robert C. O’Brien, Michael Pompeo, and William Barr to explain to the American people the current U.S. policy on China.
Those speeches were intended to explain to American citizens the threat poses to their livelihoods, businesses, values, and freedoms. They also served to combat the Chinese Communist Party’s propaganda machine.
President Trump made it plain in his speech in May, “The United States wants an open and constructive relationship with China, but achieving that relationship requires us to vigorously defend our national interests.”
The presidential campaign revealed the stark contrast between what a Joe Biden and Donald Trump Presidency means for China’s push to impose its will on the free world.
President Trump has no intention of backing off his promise to keep China in check.
