Ami Horowitz’s Daily Wire Digital short showed some astonished Black Americans. Their jaw-dropping reactions to quotes by Joe Biden and Donald Trump were in stark contrast to the Democrats and mainstream media’s narrative that Joe loves minorities, but President Trump is a raging racist.
Without saying who said what, Ami asked a group of young Black people—Biden supporting Democrats all–to rate comments by Biden and President Trump as to how racist the comment was on a scale of one to ten:
First quote: Referring to Barack Obama, he said Obama “is the first mainstream African American who is bright, articulate and clean.”
That one scored sky high on the “racist-o-meter” with an average response of 7 to 10.
Second quote: If you do not vote for me then you ain’t black.
Response was 7-10 with one notable observation: “That’s a dumbass comment.”
Third quote: Referring to inner city bussing, bringing black people to white schools, he said “that would create a racial jungle. I don’t want my kids going to a racial jungle.”
Responses were almost unanimously 10. One man said, “If you had a 20 that would be a 20.”
The group was astonished to learn that each of those quotes were from none other than their champion Joe Biden.
The next group of quotes were from President Trump:
- Referring to inner city Baltimore, he said “it’s a rat-infested hell hole.”
- “You’re living in poverty and your schools are no good.”
- “Our inner cities are a disaster.”
None of the Biden supporters could attribute any racism at all to any of those statements.

When you consider that he made very few public appearances during the campaign and only a few dozen people came to his events, then consider that Trump made many personal appearances before thousands of enthusiastic people, the numbers just do not add up.
