Nancy Pelosi got in some trouble over the weekend for telling her party’s nominee for president, Joe Biden, that he should NOT debate President Trump next month. Currently Joe Biden and President Trump are scheduled to debate each other three times between now and the election.
This is some really bad advice from Nancy Pelosi to Joe Biden. It plainly shows Pelosi has no confidence in her party’s nominee. Her advice shows she doesn’t think he can win against President Trump. It’s obvious she thinks he’s the weaker of the two candidates and possibly too feeble to stand up against his opponent.
These are many of the same concerns the American people have about Joe Biden—that he’s not mentally fierce enough to be President.
Well someone clearly got to Nancy Pelosi and explained to her how harmful her comments about Joe Biden were because she then went on TV to try to walk back her previous statements. You can see her do exactly that in the video below.
Pelosi says we misunderstood her when she said Biden shouldn’t debate President Trump. She didn’t mean he is a weak candidate. No, Pelosi assures us all she has total confidence in him and that he will run circles around President Trump. Yeah sure.
