“The Five” discuss how Los Angeles is telling people to avoid wearing expensive jewelry and driving nice cars to not get mugged. This is not a joke. Los Angeles city officials are blaming the victims of these crimes, rather than the criminals.
One of the flashiest cities in the nation is now telling people to tone it down if they don’t want to become a target of theft. But how about actually enforcing laws to stop crime instead? Clearly letting these criminals off after they are arrested is not working. Sounds like the city would rather dictate what people should wear or drive instead of addressing the real problem that has to do with its own liberal policies.
Maybe if the left stopped trying to defund the police and refusing to prosecute crimes, they could do something to help protect local residents and visitors. The way it stands now, people are moving out of California, feeling overtaxed, overregulated and unsafe on the Left Coast.
What was once the most popular state to live in has now become a crime magnet that many wish to flee. The location hasn’t changed; it’s the policies of the left and their consequences that have killed freedom and public safety in a quest to control its citizens.

While they are at it, don’t get designer hairstyles, don’t live in nicer homes, don’t carry designer handbags, shoes, suits or ties. Forget perfume, manicures or pedicures. Eat ONLY at fast-food joints and make sure to save the cups and food bags in your car for ambience.
In other words, work like a dog but do not enjoy any of the fruits of your labor.
