With a federal judge issuing a ruling which seeks to put an END to the Biden Regime’s work with Big Tech platforms to censor conservative Americans, left-wing media outlets are apparently FURIOUS and they’re certainly not hiding it.
U.S. District Court Judge Terry Doughty barred the Biden Regime and several federal agencies under its influence from communicating with Big Tech platforms – limiting their ability to censor the truth.
Rather than celebrate a free speech victory – as any REAL journalists would – CNN attacked the ruling by claiming that the judge had simply made a “dramatic decision,” and trying to smear him as an “activist judge.”
MSNBC, meanwhile, argued that agencies like the FBI actually need to censor Americans MORE on social media and even suggested that the Biden administration can work around the judge’s ruling by framing the censorship as a “matter of national security.”
According to MSNBC that would include censoring things related to “undermining faith in U.S. elections.”
The pro-censorship media outlet went on to complain that the ruling had “gone too far” and that the government should have “its own free speech.”
The left is now openly defending censorship as they continue to prove that Marxism has completely consumed them!
These media outlets couldn’t make it more obvious they’re not even CLOSE to being news organizations – but rather they’re simply propagandists for the Communist Democratic party!

DUH! A violation of the U.S. constitution is bound to get slammed by a federal judge. The gov. can NOT entice private companies to violate the 1st amendment on their behalf, it is a FELONY. The judge should start putting the gestapo agents who do that shit in PRISON.

(1) meeting with social-media companies for the purpose of urging, encouraging, pressuring, or inducing in any manner the removal, deletion, suppression, or reduction of content containing protected free speech posted on social-media platforms; (2) specifically flagging content or posts on social-media platforms and/or forwarding such to social-media companies urging, encouraging, pressuring, or inducing in any manner for removal, deletion, suppression, or reduction of content containing protected free speech; and (3) urging, encouraging, pressuring, or inducing in any manner social-media companies to change their guidelines for removing, deleting, suppressing, or reducing content containing protected free speech.
Gov. agencies can NOT conspire with private companies to violate the 1ST Amendment, Constitutional protections of any citizen . ( Conspiracy to violate the constitution) And yes this is a SERIOUS crime. when committed by a Government AGENT who swears to uphold & defend the Constitution.
