The judge in the Kyle Rittenhouse murder trial blasted CNN for spreading misinformation, and it was all caught on courtroom video, which is making the rounds on YouTube.
First, the judge pointed out that the two men Rittenhouse defended himself against were not completely innocent. He noted both had criminal and/or sexual assault backgrounds as well as violent behavior that are clearly visible in the evidence.
Another area the judge mentioned was the circumstantial evidence of the victim’s violent behavior. Did the people who were shot appear violent in any way? The video evidence shows a resounding yes. Yet CNN, instead of pointing out those facts, chose to slander the judge.
It’s not like the 17-year-old wanted to shoot someone. Before the incident he was photographed providing medical attention to one of the protesters. Rittenhouse was actively trying to get the victims help and worked with local law enforcement.
The judge notes that none of this information was provided by the talking heads on CNN. The network appears to be promoting an agenda rather than following the truth.

As a retired Law Enforcement Officer, i have watched the video of the Rittenhouse incident several times. It was clearly a case of self defense. If the prosecutor in this case had not been “George Soros” funded, no charges would have been filed in the first place. This Soros Commie is a clear and present danger to this Country.
