The Democratic Party uses assets and co-conspirators in every branch and level of government to echo its platform. During the height of the pandemic, the left used every party member to undermine former President Donald J. Trump’s efforts to combat the virus. Before that, Americans learned how unscrupulous liberal activists posing as judges discarded the rule of law in the name of the party.
On this Fox 32 Chicago exclusive, a Democrat judge took his party’s pandemic politics into the courtroom and separated a mother from her son.
The facts of the case involved two estranged parents who should be applauded for effectively sharing custody of their child 50-50. The emotional fallout of too many divorces leaves parents with hard feelings and an unwillingness to cooperate in co-parenting endeavors. Such was not the case with these Illinois parents when they entered Cook County Judge James Shapiro’s family court proceedings. Neither parent was displeased with personal decisions regarding vaccinations, possible infections, or even the possibility of passing along the virus to their minor child.
Having no issue or controversy along COVID lines in front of Judge Shapiro didn’t deter him from playing politics with members of this family. Like any Democrat office holder in the greater Chicago area, he appears to have motivations beyond the fair and equal application of the law. Cook County Judge Shapiro was elected in 2018 after running as a Democrat. Watch this report and decide whether he should get re-elected or replaced.
The judge needs stripped of all powers…..and jailed.

Would love to see an attorney step up and file a civil case against the judge with punitive damages for emotional distress caused to mother and child.
The judge has no right being a judge. He needs to be thrown off the bench.
The Judge violated the mother’s HIPAA rights when he asked her if she’d had her vaccination. She should’ve told him that her answering that question would violate those rights.
At a 50/50 split custody, nobody pays child support. It is obvious that the father wants full custody just to force the mother to pay child support to him.
I feel the judge has no rights to request information on a persons health record as they are protected by bippa. This judge has overstepped his rights and made this case pitiful. He should be sanctioned and removed from office
I think the judge by paying a play in politics should be stripped of his titles banned from practicing law and probably tried and convicted and jailed just saying

In my opinion, Judge Shapiro is unfairly taking advantage of the rampant viral hysteria in order to inflict the maximum blow not only on these parents, but, most importantly, on their child! He’s just a scoundrel!
That fudge as stupid as he is will be judged by God and then see what he will say or do.

Why didn’t the Judge ask the Mother “if she would be tested? ” If she tested negative, clean…then she
should have been granted “visiting privileges”. As a matter of obligatory common sense, she COULD wear a MASK walking through the halls to her son’s room. The seriousness of the son’s illness was
not disclosed, but I’m sure a short visit from his “Mom”, would go a “long way” in his recovery !!!
