did you ever notice Hunter Bidens eyes? Look closely, they appear to be the eyes of a rat especially when his gaze is looking forward. That was medical cocaine hydrochloride, used by Ear, nose and throat surgeons for facial and head surgery. Could it be possible that Joe had a minor flap behind an ear to implant a wired hearing device so that he can also cheat at the debate. Hillary had a debate device and that is why at the last Trump/ Clinton debate he walked over and shook her hand and placed his hand on her back to find the wires.
