OSHA was the hammer that President Biden wanted to use to nail down more federal power in the lives of private citizens. By Executive Order, he told OSHA to enforce masking, testing, and COVID-19 vaccination rules at companies with over 100 employees. The mandate would have covered over 84 million American workers.
In a devastating defeat for the Biden regime, the Supreme Court struck down the order. In the original Executive Order, President Biden’s admitted to knowing that his vaccine mandate was unconstitutional. By the time the order was litigated, Biden reasoned, he would have had time to take other emergency measures to fight the pandemic.
So, capping off a string of defeats, the Biden regime withdrew the mandate. OSHA rule writers, however, came up with a sly workaround that keeps the mandate alive, not as an Emergency Temporary Standard but as a “proposed rule.”
In the bureaucratic lexicon of OSHA’s byzantine processes, a “proposed rule” can trigger emergency OSHA tactics—you know, like declaring a national emergency and forcing everyone to get vaccinated, tested, and wear a mask or have the employer pay hefty fines.
So, by leaving the mandate on the books, OSHA can still pressure businesses to comply with “recommended measures.” And, by the way, if you don’t want to welcome OSHA enforcers on the factory floor doing white-glove inspections, it would be in your best interests to, you know, pay attention to OSHA’s “proposed rule.”

Supreme Court is the law above Biden ! OSHA doesn’t have any rights to created any laws! That belong to the CONGRESS! All OSHA can do is SHOW GUIDELINES that they think need to protect the employees of the company. But then it have to show what will happen to the employees if these guidelines are not followed. So far they HAVEN’T DONE THAT! JUST DOING WHATEVER BIDEN WANT! Biden put these people in this jobs to be his TYRANNY worker!
What about FAA MEDICAL REGS for Pilots being violated? Same would hold for Military Pilots. Then you have Train Enginers, heavy equipment operators, Boat Captians, Barge, Cruise ships, High Rise builders, many high risk jobs out there that have Medical requirements. BIL was a Private Pilot, when he devolped heart disease, he lost his Medical Requirements to Fly.
