Pat Gray at Blaze TV investigates reports that Vice President Kamala Harris is already starting to take over presidential activities from President Joe Biden. Noting private calls with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and France President Emmanuel Macron, among others, Harris is certainly controlling the phone lines leading to the Oval Office.
The other issue Gray notes is that the actions of Vice President Harris highlight growing concerns with Biden’s health or cognitive decline. Despite glowing reports from Biden’s health provider, and a complete lack of interest by the mainstream media Americans are quick to notice Biden’s latest stumbles to even read a teleprompter.
Becoming the invisible president, Biden has now served longer without a solo press conference than any president in more than a century.
And what about the State of the Union Address? Apparently, if Biden can’t make it through a virtual speech without the live feed cutting off at the end, he’s not going to last through a live speech with a joint session of Congress.
Gray argues that unlike most VPs who serve as a sidekick, Harris is essentially already serving as president. When Democrats will seek to make the move official is something time will tell.

Kamala Harris was born in Oakland, CA in 1964. Her mother came here from India in 1960 and her Jamaican father came here in 1961. It takes a minimum of 5 years legal residence to be eligible for naturalization and they had not lived here long enough to have become citizens prior to Kamala’s birth. Her younger sister was born here a couple of years later. Their parents divorced when Kamala was about 7 and their mother took the girls to live in Canada. Kamala graduated from high school there and then came back to the U.S. to go to college. To be constitutionally eligible for the presidency, one must be born on U.S. soil to a citizen father and a citizen mother. The 12th Amendment made being a natural born citizen a requirement of the vice president, too. Barack Obama was never constitutionally eligible to be POTUS because his Kenyan, British subject father was not a U.S. citizen and Kamala isn’t eligible for either office because her parents were foreign nationals, not U.S . citizens. They are frauds and usurpers, and shouldn’t be allowed to get away with violating the Constitution. Cruz, Rubio and Jindal were also not eligible when they ran for the R nomination in 2016.
The Constitution is no concern of Democrats.
