On the heels of Thursday’s indictment of a Clinton 2016 campaign attorney, Rep. Devin Nunes and Greg Kelly discuss as special prosecutor John Durham has indicted former Hillary Clinton attorney Michael Sussmann for lying to the FBI.
“Sussmann, who worked through his firm as an attorney for the Hillary Clinton campaign, is accused in a grand jury indictment returned Thursday of a single felony count of making a false statement during a September 2016 meeting with FBI General Counsel James Baker,” Politico reported Thursday.
“Prosecutors allege Sussmann lied by denying that he was representing any client as he told the FBI about digital evidence allegedly linking computers in Trump Tower to Russia’s Alfa Bank,” the report added.
The video called it a “pretty serious indictment” as the case involves one of the Clinton campaign’s top lawyers taking direction directly from Hillary. The lawyer was allegedly digging up dirt on Trump, and now he’s in hot water over claims he lied to the FBI about Russian collusion.
The interesting case brings Clinton back into the headlines, but not in a way she would like. The case may continue for some time, but was clearly filed for now to avoid missing out due to the statute of limitations.
Most Americans know of the Clinton mafia and corruption. BUT they are slippery and nothing ever sticks to them. This won’t stick to them either. They should be tried for treason and sent to GITMO until their executions.
