Kaci Demarest of KTAR News in Phoenix reports that Arizona’s GOP has filed a lawsuit in Maricopa County over election counting.
AP and Fox News called the race in favor of Joe Biden early on election night, with only 14% of the precincts reporting. Since then the mainstream media has persisted in pushing the narrative that Arizona, a solid red state that has gone for the Republican candidate for the last 7 elections, has been turned blue.
But Republicans, in the know, say not so fast.
As in many of the states whose elections are in question, Maricopa County changed its voting rules midstream in a clear attempt to help Joe Biden.
Traditionally, voters have been designated a polling place in their precinct to vote, but Maricopa County switched to voting centers this year, allowing voters to choose where they cast their ballots.
The GOP’s contention is that counting by precinct instead of using a center will provide a more precise sampling of votes. As the votes are finally trickling in, that contention has proved to be true.
Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward said, “Arizona voters deserve complete assurance that the law will be followed and that only legal votes will be counted.”
As a more detailed sampling continues, it is still unclear who is the winner in Arizona. Biden maintains a 0.5% lead over Trump, with several thousand ballots still to count.

I hope & pray that Trump makes a big comeback and those arrogant SOB Dems never get the chance to ruin this country EVER again! I really don’t think the vast majority of people understand the the vast repercussions that will take place if Biden (ultimately Harris) becomes President. The Dems do nothing but lie and flip flop. The ONLY truths they tell is how they are “hell bent” on ruining this country! The media should somehow be penalized/punished for the total bias and lying that has taken place and ultimately has caused this country to become the laughing stock of the world. I am really totally flabbergasted at how people could vote in favor of higher taxes and losing thier jobs and prosperity yet again, let alone being vulnerable to foreign powers attacking the U.S. because our military will most definitely be cut back & throttled. Jeff, as a Vet myself I fell the same way as you do, we did not serve our Country for watching what is happening to it right before our eyes. I would not vote for a Demc. if it was my mother running for office but I am not giving up yet and I am in it for the long haul. I think you for your Service to our Country.

You are so on point! I totally agree with your analysis of the whole election debacle. The Democrats cheat and then ran with pushing his imbecile as a President elect! They seem to discount all the scandal, the sexual allegations, the money laundering, the pay for play, and the 47 years of doing nothing. Okay, I concede, Biden done something – his 1994 crime bill put thousands of black men in jail and his VP wannabe same deal, targeting and incarcerating black men during her stint as DA and Attorney General. Democrats want us to not believe our eyes: Biden hid in the basement, stayed close to his home and only manage to canvass a few dozen people (COVID compliant) while President Trump had tens of thousands of rally attendees at EVERY rally! I guess the Democrats don’t care that they tried to steal the election from the American people!
If Trump was to lose his last battle by those types of people who been attacking him ever since he gotten into his race , to what is taking place today with our votes , could be their last attack on our Commander in chief , Donald J . Feel the same way. Don’t understand why more people are not up in arms? Democrats are corrupt and cheated and rubbing it in peoples faces. Where is the LAW of the country, FBI corrupt/been bought, CIA?,military won’t get involved in election (but aren’t they also suppose to protect us from domestic terrorists), DOJ is sending prosecuters to investigate..but what about prosecutions? Fraud is being found everywhere in contested states. Why do people still vote democrat,did they not see their true colors these last 4 yrs, or do they just not care? Why haven’t Wolf and Whitmer been run out of office? People have to be more careful who they vote in at local levels! Are we a country of people who will not fight anymore? Constitution gives us that right. Supreme Court already ruled the 2nd amendment covered AR-15’s,AK-47″s…just modern muskets, so how can they take them away?
