After years of going after President Trump with witch hunt after witch hunt, the Biden White House is once again trying to get the American people to turn against the Republican. This time they want you to buy into the claim that Trump has ‘actually’ committed a crime. They called the media to cover their raid of the former president’s Florida residence, Mar-a-Lago.
And while this is just another dangerous lie being pushed by Democrats to turn against Biden’s likely 2024 political rival – it turns out a precedent set by a left-wing judge could mean Biden’s weaponized government has no chance getting Trump over this.
Roughly 10 years ago Judicial Watch sought to obtain tapes from a private interview conducted by former President Bill Clinton with a historian but Judge Amy Jackson ruled that there is no provision in the Presidential Records Act to forcibly seize records which the president has deemed to be “personal records,” adding that every president has “broad ability to do so.”
The ruling adds that even if Attorney General Merrick Garland and co. attempted to challenge the president over this type of thing, it would be a civil matter – NOT a criminal one.
This federal precedent suggests that Trump faces ZERO criminal liability after all and adds to the theory that this is nothing more than a purely political attack used to slander Trump and other Republicans who would ‘dare’ defend him ahead of midterms.

I understand that President Nixon was forced to resign. I understand that President Nixon was later pardoned by President Ford. I also understand, although I have not been there, that President Nixon has a library. What is there, only fiction from Stephen Spielberg? This to me is just another attempt to look up President Trump’s colon since 2015. They have been wasting my money for years and found nothing. I will gladly give you my money if you investigate Cheney, Kinzinger, Waters, Schiff, Schumer, Pelosi……

1) Wave off the balance of student loans (or the initial $10,000.) without the congress saying yes to spending the money??
2) Give money to Ukraine by the billions without the congress?
3) Hide his communications and visitors logs from the public ??
4) Not have visitors logs at his vacation home and his personal residence and Camp David — who the hell is he meeting with to appear to have approved the actions of the government. It is surly not him making the strategic decisions– Valerie Jarrett maybe ??
