He doesn’t want to testify because he’s afraid he will incriminate himself. Without immunity, the drug dealer could be charged for Floyd’s death since he supplied him with the drugs that contributed to his untimely death.

The truth is that the narrative of police brutality is being used by a Marxist group (Black Lives Matter) in an attempt to create fundamental change (overthrow of the constitutional republic). The same tactics were used against the Wiemar republic in post WW1 Germany. In that case, the communist party of Germany (KPD) lost the battle to the National socialist party (Nazi) . For an “expert’ to seemingly say- Chauvin should have known better- what?! Looking at me, you wouldn’t know I have the bones of a 75yr old. So- getting me to the ground would break a few ribs, etc easily. Is this the officer’s fault?! NO! Looking at Floyd, 6’6″ 240, Chauvin 5’9″ 145…Heck, I am 5’2” 110, anyone taller makes me nervous if I perceived them as a threat. My thoughts- IF convicted, the only reason would be BLM or juror’s already convicted him regardless of.

Police have my respect they work in a very dangerous and I have never in my close to 71 years hav I ever had a problem with police oh I’ve met a few young ones and concerning so incidents that was asked questions about but I treats the officers with respect not disrespect and they treated me the same. Police are basically good people but like all professions there is always a very small minority that are just no good . My advice is if your ever stopped for anything by the police be respectful and in turn they will be respectful to you also.

Strangely enough, I woke up this morning thinking about Floyd and how he was in such good physical shape, went to the gym daily, played sports and that takes discipline. I also got angry that his drug dealer was beside him in the car, told him to ingest the drugs so that HE the drug dealer would not be ‘involved’. The drug dealer was the one who tried to pass off the phony money first, went back to the car and told Floyd to try to do so. HE’S THE MURDERER.

Also Floyd would not have been able to speak at all if the officer had that amount of pressure on his neck. Chauvin is the one who should be compensated for being wrongly accused. The officer in the George Floyd case will not be found guilty and the reason for this is he was not pushing down on the man’s neck, if you saw the video and saw how the stance was with the officers knee you can see he was not pushing down with pressure. If there was pressure with the officers knee on the neck the officer would be leaning to the left, in this case the officer was not leaning look at the video see for yourself. IMHO this case may come down to the make-up of the jury. Just like in the O.J. Case, plenty of evidence should have had him convicted but the jury gave payback because of the Rodney King case. In this case, there may be plenty of evidence providing sufficient doubt for a conviction but will the jury convict anyway. We’ll see…
