The 108-page lawsuit against Clinton and others seeks $24 million in damages for organizing, conspiring and colluding to use a knowingly false dossier that claimed Trump was involved with Russia’s Alfa Bank to make it look like Trump was colluding with Russia ahead of the 2016 presidential election.
It also names other officials, including James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page and others involved in the plotting of the effort to falsely accuse then candidate Donald Trump of crimes in order to distract voters from Hillary Clinton’s email scandal the FBI was investigating.
