If you ever need a solid argument against affirmative action, this video is it. Joe Biden has several judicial nominees for the federal courts undergoing confirmation hearings in the US Senate right now. Those nominees are – to put it as charitably as possible – not very impressive.
Keep in mind, these nominees are already judges, usually in blue states. So, they’re people with on-the-job experience that Joe Biden’s handlers have nominated to serve on the federal courts. And that means that if they’re confirmed, they could be in the pipeline to eventually be picked for the Supreme Court by some future Democrat president.
Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) had an astonishing exchange with the nominees, in which he asks them VERY BASIC questions about the United States Constitution. There’s aren’t esoteric questions about legal theory. Kennedy is simply asking the types of questions that any kid who has taken a high school Civics class could answer.
For example, Kennedy asks what “Article V” of the Constitution is about. Not their opinion of how Article V functions, just explain what is written about in that section. If it’s been a while, Article V is the process for passing Amendments to the Constitution. You’re not an active judge, so you could be forgiven if you don’t know that off the top of your head (we looked it up, too).
But for judges to not know it? That’s insane. And Kennedy’s exchange with these doofuses only goes downhill from there… Check it out!

It boggles my mind that the female that could NOT define what a woman is was allowed to become one of the justices. Now, this one does not understand the articles of the constitution & she actually had a smirk on her face as she said, ‘nothing comes to mind’?? Surely, she will NOT be confirmed. Is the Supreme court going to be decided by ‘equity’ instead of qualifications, also? IF they cannot explain the articles, how do they even get nominated?? This should be considered a serious issue.
