Mary Katherine Ham, a political contributor for CNN, pushed back hard at CNNfor their “fangirling” of Dr. Fauci and left the hosts stunned. Ham told her CNN hosts that the media doesn’t question Dr Fauci hard enough and he gets away with gaslighting the American people often.
Ham stunned the CNN host into silence with the words, “Fauci is a very powerful public official who deserves and rarely gets tough questioning in almost any realm. He gets frankly a lot of fangirling and a lot of just sort of a forum for his ideas and he doesn’t get a lot of push back despite his protestations. Tough questions for Dr. Anthony Fauci are not attacks on science itself. This is something we should talk about.”
She added, “He has at least twice, and I will be generous in saying, at least shaded the truth about his Covid pronouncements based on his own judgment on what the public can handle, saying that masks were not particularly efficient for helping protect you back in the beginning of the pandemic.”
The CNN panel may have not liked the response, but it was tough to deny.
The video also include the exchange between Sen. Rand Paul and Dr. Fauci. If CNN though their token conservative was tough, then you could call the Paul-Fauci conversation barbaric.
By the end, Rand is ready to take Fauci to court, while Fauci claims Rand, also a medical doctor, doesn’t know what he’s talking about. You have to see it to believe it.
