Although Rep. Maxine Water’s call for violence and rioting if the jury in the Derek Chauvin case didn’t return a guilty verdict made it increasingly difficult for the former police officer to get a fair trial in the death of George Floyd, it seems powerful forces, including a dishonest juror may have ensured he beats the charges.
This exclusive video puts forward many of the facts the establishment media won’t report. It appears at least one juror who counts himself among the Black Lives Matter rioters may have infiltrated the jury to upend the judicial process.
During the trial process involving George Floyd’s death that prompted civil unrest across the country, the judge had a series of critical decisions to make. Chauvin’s lawyer asked to have the trial moved to an undisclosed location to ensure the jury pool wasn’t tainted. Not only did the judge in this case refuse, but another officer-involved shooting occurred not far from the Minnesota courthouse setting off a firestorm of protests and street violence. Believe it or not, the judge did not waver over his decision and reportedly had the jury walk straight through threatening crowds and political activists claiming the city would burn if Chauvin were found not guilty.
If that alone doesn’t prove Chauvin had no chance of a fair trial, it seems nothing could persuade the judge. But the tainted process appears to be far worse than widespread juror intimidation. It seems the evidence and reasoning on this stunning video prove beyond any shadow of a doubt Black Lives Matter lied to get on the jury and the judge supported this miscarriage of justice. The Judge has got to know this Chauvin case cries out for mistrial. Jury misconduct is the latest justification. The trial demanded a change of venue. Before that, a juror confessed to intimidation from the riots, fearing rioters would attack her house. There was Failure to sequester the jury from the first hours of impaneling, sending them out the back door to face the rioters. Local media published their neighborhoods and employers.

If anyone thinks that any jury is going to fine Chauvin innocent of 2nd degree murder, it would be the greatest miscarriage of Justice in modern history, we watched the man commit murder on live TV in the Videos that were at the trial. Now just look up what “DEPRAVED INDIFFERENCE” which in nearly every state in this USA is 2nd degree murder. Now this depraved indifference is factually shown when Chauvin was told that Floyd did not have a pulse and he continues to kneel on him for over 2 more minutes. Now under EVERY STATE and FEDERAL LAW if a person in police custody which there is no dispute that Floyd was, it is the police responsibility to IMMEDIATELY, start efforts to revive the person, which Chauvin did not do and that proves Depraved Indifference right there.

This guy refused to obey police commands, sitting in the driver’s seat, to get out of his auto. FOUR officers grappled with him to little avail. Finally he was overcome by brute force. and became prone on his backside.. How many of us would have allowed him freedom from kneeling on his neck after he put up this fight? Unfortunately for the accused, he had no way to know this guy’s medical situation, only his desire to escape police (legal) custody. Unfortunate series of events for the officers.

It was a mistrial:
I. It was held under permanent threat to jurors, judge, witnesses (one of the latter had his home ransacked by BLM; another one is now investigated for bringing forward matters unmentioned by others )
II. Further pressure from “high up” (Congress and ex President) fired on mob siege. Let us be clear: Throwing your full political weight against a Court of Justice is worse than entering and demonstrating in a Capitol!
III. Some witnesses testified to “please the mob” (Floyd had a wonderfully strong heart, etc – which cannot be true)
IV. Perjury was committed by Black Police Chief who sacrificed his White officer to save his and the Dept’s skin: He claimed, Chauvin acted “against Minneapolis Police practice” BUT: Minneapoils Police used ‘kneechoke’ in last 5 years 237times!
In 44 cases arestee became “limp” like Floyd, unconscious!
V. One (#52) juror had been demonstrating for BLM in June 2020. That he did NOT reveal this but declared himself “unprejudiced” makes him another Perjuror!
VI. George Floyd’s brother “testified” (what had nothing to do with case!) Floyd’s “impeccable past”(?) – when Floyd’s police notorious criminal past should have been presented. (I still wonder how he afforded a Mercedes 320SUV).
In short: The “trial” was NOT A TRIAL!
A fair trial by jury in Minneapolis (or the state) is not possible.
Therefore, a Trial by Judges and far away! – Alaska?
Another point of irregularity -or: Suppression of Evidence?- has just been added with the rejection of Mr. Floyd’s “friend and (allegedly) drug dealer as witness. – Here , I do not understand the judge at all: If Floyd’s brother is a “case related witness” (although he wasn’t), why is person who, indeed, was at the scene (and even involved!) not relevant? What comes to mind is, again, that expensive Mercedes SUV – and a question: Who of the two was the bigger drug-dealer. – Floyd’s “friend” does not have to answer this question, under the principle of ‘non-self-inclination’, but Mr. Floyd’s business and “earnings” might be asked and found out.
And yet another point of Great Prejudicing -which, in my view, no Juror could have missed, as it was made to happen immediately before the trial, and intentionally so- was the Great Enrichment of the Floyd family with a “Compensation” that can only be explained as a “hostage payment for the whole city in captivity”. It was also a public Conviction-cum-Enforcement. And grossly undeserved!
Nothing in Minneapolis served Justice – nor anything or any person that was not utterly racist.
