Would Californians vote for Hillary Clinton in 2024? One reporter took to Venice Beach to find out.
Shockingly, the support for the twice-failed presidential candidate was not as high as expected. Lots of no’s and laughing responses marked the interview conducted in one of the most liberal locations in the nation.
One issue had to do with how many people on the streets of California were not even citizens and therefore could not vote. Others did not even speak English, making communication difficult as well.
Other than a couple of less than thrilled yes responses, the majority of people in the man-on-the-street interview were less enthusiast about Clinton now than in 2016.
But then again, it’s not like Democrats have been rocking the past year. Biden’s approval has tanked to historic lows, alongside his Vice President Kamala Harris. It’s pretty bad when you have to look at failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton as the next best option for 2024.
Plus, then we could potentially have a rematch of Clinton vs Trump that would make for some epic debates in the days ahead. Definitely something that would be entertaining.
