Krystal and Saagar, hosts of The Breaking Point, separate fact from fiction in the dispute between the pharmaceutical industry and Elon Musk that played out on Twitter after Musk criticized SSRIs and other commonly prescribed drugs.
The short version is that Musk blasted the antidepressant Wellbutrin, calling it “way worse” than Adderall and saying it should be taken off the market. Big Pharma lost their minds when Musk revealed one of their most popular (and profitable) drugs isn’t safe. Doctors and Big Pharma execs immediately tried to label Musk as some kind of anti-vaxxer and kook. But really their rection shows they care less about the science and more about the money.
He has apparently tried it but did not have a good experience. Is this limited to a few people, or is it a widespread concern? Apparently Big Pharma doesn’t seem to care about the facts of the situation. It’s all about reputation management and profit rather than patient care.
The sad backlash reveals what many have seen from pharma companies for years. The emphasis continues to focus on profits over people. That’s a reputation Big Pharma doesn’t need, especially coming out of a pandemic, but it’s increasingly what Americans and others see when hearing about the latest complaints from drug companies.

What is even mire egregious is the fact that the dangerous and murderous mRNA Vaccines still have nit been pulled from use even as it keeps murdering anf harming our citizens in levels a thousand times higher than what was needed to recall the Swine Flu Vaccine. We need a petition to recall the dangerous vaccines and a Special Investigator appointed to investigate the approval and marketing of these vaccines as SAFE and Affective when they are neither!
