Democrats recently rammed the deceptively named “Inflation Reduction Act” through the Senate with zero Republicans voting for it, and no matter how hard Biden tries to trick the American public into believing this massive spending package will somehow reduce inflation – the reality is that couldn’t be further from the truth.
The Democrats don’t even bother trying to explain how the bill will tackle inflation, instead they think Americans are dumb enough to believe it will just because it’s in the name.
While some Democrats, like Socialist Senator Bernie Sanders have voiced frustration over the bill, it’s for all the wrong reasons.
Sanders was reportedly outraged that the bill was ‘only’ $433 billion, wanting another massive $1.5 TRILLION package instead.
However, at least Sanders was willing to admit that the bill really does nothing to fight inflation.
Even an economic model from the University of Pennsylvania recently proved that this new $433 billion bill will have absolutely no positive impact on Inflation.
What this bill DOES do, though, is provide a massive chunk of change to the IRS to supercharge the agency and make it easier for them to collect taxes from vulnerable middle-class Americans.
It also sets aside a big portion of the funds to advance the left’s radical climate agenda via a string of questionable “climate initiatives.”
As if they hadn’t already made it clear enough, the Democrats simply don’t care about the average American citizen and this bill further proves just that.
