“Breaking Points” offers new updates on what Americans are really thinking about Biden’s identity politics, COVID-19 and the economy.
On the Supreme Court, 76% of Americans responded that they want Biden to consider all nominees, not just Black women. This surprisingly high number shows how far Biden’s commitments stray from the views of the people he leads.
On the economy, 75% say the American economy is either not good or poor. Just one percent say the economy is excellent. But if you listen to Biden’s speeches on the economy, you would think he’s breaking records on Wall Street. Oh, wait, that was President Trump.
On COVID, the survey showed about 49-50% agree with Biden’s approach. This one is interesting as more people have died from COVID-19 under Biden than Trump, but maybe it’s just a contrast with before the election when 80% of Americans agreed with his views on COVID?
The pandemic used to be Biden’s highest selling point and now it’s barely polling at 50%. He has nothing left and still nearly three years before another presidential election.
