1. Overview
LOP IO Automation (“the App”) is an internal business tool operated by LOP Solutions LLC. This privacy policy describes how the App handles data accessed through the QuickBooks Online API.
2. Data We Access
The App accesses the following QuickBooks Online data:
- Customer names, email addresses, and billing addresses
- Estimates (creation, reading, and sending)
- Service/product item names
- Company information
3. How We Use Data
Data is used solely to create and send estimates to clients on behalf of LOP Solutions LLC and its affiliated entities. We do not use QuickBooks data for marketing, analytics, or any purpose beyond estimate management.
4. Data Storage
OAuth tokens are stored locally on secured devices. No QuickBooks financial data is stored permanently by the App — it is accessed in real time via the API and not cached or exported.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, share, or disclose QuickBooks data to any third party. Data is only transmitted between the App and QuickBooks Online via encrypted HTTPS connections.
6. Data Retention
The App does not retain copies of QuickBooks data. OAuth tokens are refreshed automatically and old tokens are overwritten.
7. Security
Access to the App is restricted to authorized personnel of LOP Solutions LLC. Authentication uses OAuth 2.0 as required by Intuit. All API communication occurs over TLS/HTTPS.
8. Your Rights
You may disconnect the App from your QuickBooks account at any time through QuickBooks Online settings. Upon disconnection, all stored tokens are invalidated.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as needed. Changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
