End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using LOP IO Automation (“the App”), you agree to this End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is an internal business tool that connects to QuickBooks Online to create and send estimates on behalf of LOP Solutions LLC and its affiliated entities (Right Leads Direct, Direct Mailers Group LLC). The App is not publicly distributed.

3. License Grant

LOP Solutions LLC grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for internal business purposes only.

4. Data Usage

The App accesses QuickBooks Online data solely to create, read, and send estimates. No financial data is shared with third parties. Data is transmitted securely via OAuth 2.0 and HTTPS.

5. Restrictions

Users may not: (a) sublicense, sell, or distribute the App; (b) use the App for any purpose other than internal business operations; (c) attempt to reverse engineer the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

LOP Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

8. Termination

This license may be terminated at any time by LOP Solutions LLC. Upon termination, all access to the App will cease.
