Is anyone else tired of explaining simple concepts to liberals? They sincerely have no understanding of the concept of freedom. Why is the 2nd Amendment important? It gives everyone an equal chance to defend themselves. Why are lower taxes and smaller government good? They enable citizens to have more choice in how they live their lives. This isn’t rocket science.
Under the false banner of compassion, empathy and morality, the modern left is working tirelessly to annihilate freedom in this country. They truly hate it. They seem to think that the freedom to damage your lungs by smoking cigarettes or put yourself into poverty with bad money decisions is something that must be eliminated. They would rather rule over people in tyranny than tolerate the consequences of freedom.
That’s why we have to keep explaining to them why this country was built the way it was. The founding fathers went to a lot of effort to prevent the United States from being a democracy. They flat-out feared the tyranny of the majority. Now, the left believes that they have an unshakeable majority in this country, so they love the idea of tyrannical democracy.
Once again, we have to explain simple concepts to them. This video will explain why we have an Electoral College. Here’s a hint: it’s the same reason Congress is split into the House and the Senate.
