“WHAT’S THE POINT?!” Stephen A Smith Loses It On Dems For STILL Using Lawfare Against President-Elect Trump

After President-Elect Donald Trump won the election, Democrats called it quits on their disgusting lawfare tactics and muzzled up their attack dogs – well, all but one!

New York’s Judge Juan Merchan is the only crook who is STILL trying to throw the incoming president behind bars before he gets into office, but the bad news for him is that EVERYONE can see that it’s complete nonsense now.

Merchan is the judge presiding over the sentencing for the garbage “hush money” case which saw a bunch of far-left lunatics somehow slap Trump with 34 felony counts for allegedly falsifying business records.

Late last week, Judge Merchan ordered Trump to appear for his sentencing either in-person or virtually on Jan. 10, stating there is “no legal impediment” to issuing a sentence for the president-elect.

He chose this day specifically to try and sentence Trump BEFORE the inauguration.

Even liberals like ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith are sick and tired of this brazen lawfare and are calling it out.

On his podcast, Smith, argued that what Merchan is doing is completely POINTLESS and is a sad last-ditch effort to further tarnish Trump’s reputation.

What is the purpose of this? Is he going to jail? Are you going to jail? You going to give a fine? We got to sit up there and go through all the pomp and circumstance when you know you’re not going to do anything,” Smith said.

Smith continued, “Come January 21st, he will be sworn in as the 47th president of the United States of America. But … you want to sentence him. You’re Juan Merchan — who is he, the state Supreme Court justice in New York? You want to sentence him next Friday?

The ESPN host completely DISMANTLED what Merchan is trying to do here and really just exposed the fact that even some of the most fervent Democrat supporters are ready to turn the page – even if radicals like Merchan are not.

Watch the video here to see Smith melting Merchan and the Democrats for doing this.
