Well That Backfired on Dems! Poll Shows Trump Got a Boost in Approval Ratings Following His ‘Go Back’ Tweet

Glen Beck took some time on his show to examine why Donald Trump’s approval ratings jumped up 5% after he posted his now infamous ‘Go Back’ Tweet a few days ago.

In case you missed it, here is the tweet Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Ayanna Pressley and Rashida Tlaib (The Squad) took such exception to:

“Progressive Democrat Congresswomen, who originally came from countries whose governments are a complete and total catastrophe, the worst, most corrupt and inept anywhere in the world … now loudly ….and viciously telling the people of the United States, the greatest and most powerful Nation on earth, how our government is to be run. Why don’t they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came. Then come back and show us how….”

Media Watch reports that Trump’s comment was called “racist” by the media almost a thousand times in the 24 hours after it’s appearance. But his base doesn’t agree. A resounding majority of Republicans agree with the President. Most identified the ideology of the Squad as unwanted, not the color of their skin.

Watch the video and learn what Beck believes resonated with Trump supporters about his Tweet. As Beck says, “if you believe half of this country is racist, then … go find a happy place.”
