Could it really be true? Kim Iverson shares on The Hill that Democrat voters would prefer a new team on the 2024 ticket over President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.
You could blame it on Democrat losses nationwide last week in the 2021 election, but the truth is that the party has been unhappy with their power couple for some time. Between Biden’s blunders and the Harris cackle, more people are eager for a fresh chance rather than another Biden term or the first black woman to serve as president.
But who else could be on the 2024 ticket? The Hill notes the usual candidates like Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, and even Pete Buttigieg and Stacy Abrams. But Iverson notes the most likely scenario is either Biden running again, or Harris running instead with a new running mate.
In any case, the survey doesn’t look good for Democrats in 2024. If 2022 is any indication, polls are showing a strong red wave expected for the House and possible the Senate. The change could slow down the left’s radical agenda and prepare the way for a 2024 Trump campaign or another GOP contender who will focus on American values and putting the U.S. first.
