DC Circuit Court Judge Beryl Howell recently went on an insane rant to expose herself as the unhinged never-Trumper that she is, making it all the more alarming that she is the judge overseeing Special Counsel Jack Smith’s political assassination attempt of President Trump.
More specifically, Howell is the judge who grants Jack Smith whatever unconstitutional requests he makes – like demanding a list of anybody who supported Trump on social media platform X.
The activist judge said that America is encroaching on full-blown authoritarianism, which is certainly true, only not for the reasons she said.
Howell claimed that a “tyrannical” Donald Trump is responsible for the authoritarian shift in America because of his “Big lie” that the 2020 election was stolen.
Never mind the fact that the election really was stolen by the Democrats, or that those same Democrats have weaponized the DOJ and the courts to stop him from doing anything about it – OBVISOULY Trump is the authoritarian!
This far-left judge was installed by Barack Obama and she has been responsible for handing out some of the most harsh sentences to January 6 defendants, while pressuring the DOJ to give even harsher sentences themselves.
If Trump ever had a shot at a fair trial it’s certainly NOT with this insane radical who, as we can tell from her rant, doesn’t even feel the need to hide the way she feels about the former president.
