Hang on a minute. Black Lives Matter has been fully embraced by the entire left and the Democratic platform in general. While we don’t have time to get into the more ridiculous demands of BLM (destroying the nuclear family for instance), there is a general, primary goal of the movement.
At least on the surface, they seem to be fighting for accountability within our police and justice departments. Group leaders base the whole thing on untrue claims and a lot of violence and theatrics, but if all they wanted was accountability then none of us would have a problem.
That’s what makes the left so unbearably, ironically hypocritical. They absolutely refuse to acknowledge that the FBI is capable of wrongdoing. They say Comey was exactly right to bungle everything related to Hillary Clinton. They also say that the deep state was right to investigate Donald Trump when he was running for office.
The side that claims to be for accountability in law enforcement is openly supporting a political call (by Obama) to use false information to spy on a political opponent. They claim it was to investigate a crime that has been proven not to take place. It’s not that President Trump wasn’t part of the collusion. There was no conspiracy in the first place.
How anyone can ever take the left seriously is mind boggling. It leads to things like Comey’s recent explanation of investigating and spying. Rather than let it get you down, try and enjoy Tucker’s take on it all. His segment is as illuminating as ever.
