Trump Supporters FIRED from Job after Leftists Target Her for Posting “MAGA 2020” on Social Media

A Trump supporter was recently fired from her job after leftists targeted her for posting “MAGA 2020” on social media. This kind of action has become part of what is now called a “cancel culture” that exists in America today.

Sarah Hagi of Time, in an article titled “Cancel Culture Is Not Real—At Least Not in the Way People Think,” reacted to stories like this by writing:

Has cancel culture gone too far? The question felt impossible to ignore this year. Google it and you’ll see pages of op-eds, often concluding, yes, it has gone too far, and the Internet mob is out of control.

As her title suggests, her answer to this is that cancel culture is not real but has instead become a “catch-all for when people in power face consequences for their actions or receive any type of criticism, something that they’re not used to.”

Really, Ms. Hagi? Apparently only marginalized black, Muslim woman have a right to decide who has been targeted wrongly on social media and who has not. A powerful white man like Louis CK or Harvey Weinstein perhaps but certainly not Vince Vaughn after had the temerity to shake President Trump’s had at a football game.

According to Hagi, people who believe in cancel culture prefer to be powerless “against her own oppressor.”
