Trump has a Plan to Overhaul the Liberal 9th Circuit Courts

The differences between conservatives and liberals put Americans miles apart. One of those issues is the fair and even-handed application of the law. We all saw President Trump push through major prison reform legislation because he believed minority Americans were unfairly treated.

But liberals do not necessarily view the justice system as a place where the law should be applied equally. Nowhere is that more prevalent than in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals where federal judges have been a go-to resource for “resist” and “obstruct” Democrats. But the days of the “nutty ninth” may be numbered.

In this news video, a former U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clearance Thomas law clerk provides an in-depth analysis of the action President Trump is taking to restore fairness in the Ninth Circuit. Americans are well aware that this is ground zero for liberal extremists who were able to block the travel ban, DACA, and other decisions made to keep our families safe.

In the end, the liberal zealots of the Ninth Circuit bench have been consistently overturned at the U.S. Supreme Court. These are federal judges who know their rulings run contrary to the U.S. Constitution, but they would rather resist and obstruct than do their job.

The president has nominated three new judges that won’t play the liberal game and Democrats are angry. Find out exactly who these judges are and what President Trump’s plan is to reform this court system.
