President Trump announced on Monday that he’s calling up the National Guard to assist the DC Metro Police Department. The goal is to quickly crack down on Washington, DC’s through-the-roof crime statistics, making the city safe again for residents. Naturally, Democrats are having a meltdown and defending crime as a better alternative than having Trump fix things.
Paid protesters were bused into the city to immediately do the one thing that always foils President Trump’s MAGA agenda:

Okay, we’re just kidding. The Democrats’ terrible sing-alongs never work or accomplish anything.
Americans instinctively know that the Democrats are unwilling and unable to responsibly govern any city or state (see also: Newsom, Gavin). They’re tired of the tent cities on the sidewalks, needles littering city streets and hoboes peeing on everything. They’re tired of having their car windows smashed in just so some heroin addict can steal 40 cents in change from their cupholders.
Greg Gutfeld raises a great point about the liberal outrage over Trump’s latest move. They’re not mad that the president is federalizing DC under the Constitution again, by sending in the troops. They’re mad because they know it will work.
By this time next week, Washington, DC, will be like a completely different city. Once word gets out that there are consequences for crime, it will act as a deterrent. Criminals will start behaving themselves again, because they know there’s a new sheriff in town.
