Trans Woman Sues Female Salon Owner for Refusing to Wax His Male Parts

Matt Walsh recently offered his thoughts on The Daily Wire podcast about transgender activism and how it poses a threat to innocent children.

British Columbia’s Human Rights Tribunal held hearings earlier this week that illustrates how far transgender activists are willing to go.

In question, is a self-identified transgender woman Jessica Yani (formerly Jonathan Yani). Yani claims discrimination because female estheticians refuse to wax his male genitalia.

Yaniv has filed 16 separate complaints against estheticians just in the last year. Yaniv’s argument is that, being denied services because of her gender identity. Yani said, “This is not about waxing. This is about businesses and individuals using their religion and culture to refuse service to protected groups because -they- don’t agree with it …”

Madeline Kearns of National Review responded by writing, “But who said this was about waxing? This is about sex, surely. Yaniv is male — a male who has not made the surgical commitment necessary to pass as a female.”

Yani has no problem with presenting himself as unambiguously as male on sites such as Google or to identify himself as a “male who is sexually attracted to females.” At the same time, he wants to force female estheticians to wax his male genitalia.

Watch the video to learn everything wrong with Yani’s assertation that females should be forced to touch and was his male genitalia, and that their refusal doesn’t mean they are discrimination against him/her.
