Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) was hosting a rally in Washington, DC where he talked about the importance of “protesting” in America – SECONDS before he ordered his supporters to attack a reporter for protesting him.
According to a police report filed by Human Events enior editor Jack Posobiec he was attacked by an angry mob of Raskin supporters after he shouted some questions at the congressman that seemed to rub him the wrong way.
Rep. Raskin, the son of a well-known communist Marcus Raskin, was ranting, “we have a right to organize unions … we’re gonna defend the right to assemble. We know with Dr. King that the greatness of America is the right to protest for what is right.”
Posobiec then followed that up by shouting “Jamie, why did you lose the popular vote, Why did you lose every single swing state,” referring to the 2024 election outcome.
At this point, a visibly angry Raskin turns to Posobiec and pointing at him, chanting ‘USA! USA!’ as he seemingly instructed the supporters to attack the reporter – and they did.
Raskins supporters in the crowd then proceeded to assault the reporter. One man hit his arms. Another man knocked his phone down to the ground. The crowd of mostly men formed a circle around Posobiec and shouted at him while hitting and groping at him.
While the crowd assaulted the reporter, Rep. Raskin, who could see he had just sicced a crowd on a reporter watched and did nothing to call off his minions.
THIS is what communism looks like folks… Rep. Raskin is just reminding us of why we should NEVER trust a single politician who supports it, himself included.
