Remember when Special Counsel Robert Hur interviewed Joe Biden and determined that he was merely an “elderly man with a poor memory” and therefore should not be charged for his classified documents scandal? Well audio recordings from those interviews were set to become public – until Biden himself stepped in to stop that from happening.
Congressional Republicans sought the recordings as part of their ongoing impeachment probe into old man Biden and apparently they were so damming that Biden asserted executive privilege over the recordings to stop them from being released.
The White House claimed that Republicans just wanted the recordings to “chop them up” and use them for political reasons claiming that doing so is “inappropriate.”
Biden’s lapdog AG Garland has refused to comply with subpoenas requesting the audio tapes and is at risk of being held in contempt of Congress.
“These audio recordings are important to our investigation of President Biden’s willful retention of classified documents and his fitness to be President of the United States,” House Rep. James Comer said.
It’s clear both the White House and the DOJ are well aware of how damming these audio tapes are so they’re desperately trying to bury them and make sure that the American people never have a chance to hear how completely senile our president really is!
